Welcome to Certalixo. By accessing or using our website and services, located at 789 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M4W 2G8, Canada, you agree to these Terms. Please review them carefully.

1. Services

1.1 Professional Certification Training

Certalixo offers instructor-led and self-paced training programs for professional certification. All program fees are due in full prior to course commencement. You may request a schedule change up to seven (7) days before the start date without penalty. Requests submitted later may not be accommodated.

2. Digital Content

2.1 Info Products

Digital materials such as e-books, recorded webinars, and downloadable resources are delivered electronically. Access details are provided upon purchase. If you encounter issues accessing content, contact us within fourteen (14) days of purchase for a possible refund. After access is granted, refunds are generally not issued.

3. Physical Goods

Merchandise and printed materials are shipped within five (5) business days. You may request a refund within thirty (30) days of delivery if the item remains unopened and in original condition. To initiate a refund, contact us with proof of condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Payment

Payments may be made by accepted methods displayed at checkout. All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days of approval. Please allow additional processing time for your provider. Refund eligibility varies by product type as outlined below:

Training Services: Refunds are available if cancellation is made at least seven (7) days before the session start date. A processing fee of 10% of the course fee applies. No refunds after a session has begun, but you may transfer to a future session once if notice is provided at least seven (7) days prior.
Info Products: Refunds are granted within fourteen (14) days if access issues cannot be resolved. After successful access, no refund is provided.
Physical Goods: Refunds are granted for unopened items returned within thirty (30) days. Returned shipments must have prior authorization.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain premium or limited-seat workshops and certification exams are non-refundable due to guaranteed resource allocation and instructor scheduling. These events are explicitly marked as non-refundable at purchase, and fees support venue reservation and materials preparation. We recommend reviewing event details thoroughly before registration.

7. Scheduling and Transfers

You may transfer an enrollment in training services to another available date if notice is provided at least seven (7) days before the original session. Transfer requests received later may be denied. Information about available dates can be found in your confirmation email.

9. Limitation of Liability

Certalixo’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service or product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our offerings.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will take effect when posted. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
